Natural, healthful foods at a “green” restaurant…the idea seemed downright bizarre in 1981. But we’re tenacious: naturally raised chicken and 100% all natural beef have been on our menu from day one. Using fresh, natural ingredients in an environmentally sustainable way has been a big part of our past, and we’re as convinced as ever that this is the food of the future.
Be nice, have fun, take care of the environment, support your community, love what you do. That’s what we were thinking when we opened our neighborhood restaurant & bar over 35 years ago. So far it feels like we’re on the right track!
